As the Interior Designer of Record, our team played a crucial role in revitalizing the property through a design-build approach. We led the interior renovations and managed the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for both guest rooms and public spaces.
The renovation involved a complete FF&E replacement, along with additional upgrades to the hotel’s common areas. Our goal was to enhance aesthetics, functionality, and overall guest satisfaction while aligning with Hyatt’s brand standards.
