Advanced Design for Cardiac Care
UG Group (formerly 2WR+ Partners) collaborated with St. Francis Medical Group to create Columbus Cardiology, a state-of-the-art Cardiology Center designed to enhance patient care, streamline workflow, and support medical research. The facility integrates advanced technology with a patient-centered layout, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and a superior healthcare experience. Built to accommodate increasing patient volumes, it maintains a high level of comfort for both patients and staff.
Optimized Layout for Efficiency
Columbus Cardiology features eight exam pods, four echo rooms, three nuclear cameras, PET imaging, and three treadmill rooms, all strategically arranged for optimal functionality. Consult rooms, offices, and staff areas line the perimeter to maximize natural light, creating a comfortable environment. Meanwhile, centralized support areas ensure controlled spaces for specialized procedures, prioritizing precision and safety. This well-planned layout improves patient flow, enhances staff efficiency, and allows for future expansion to accommodate evolving medical needs.
A Patient-Focused Environment
To foster a calm and welcoming atmosphere, the design incorporates warm tones, high-quality materials, and curvilinear walls that soften the clinical setting. Thoughtful spatial planning enhances privacy, accessibility, and ease of navigation, reducing patient stress. Natural light floods key areas, promoting well-being, while private consultation rooms and comfortable waiting areas contribute to a stress-free experience.
Elevating Cardiac Care
Columbus Cardiology reflects UG Group’s commitment to healthcare innovation, seamlessly blending advanced medical technology with a patient-first design approach. By prioritizing efficiency, comfort, and sustainability, this Cardiology Center sets a new regional standard for cardiac care, serving as a model for future healthcare facilities.
